Info Post
The RNC is demanding that we, the Republican voters demonstrate party loyalty for John McCain as the heir apparent, Republican presidential nominee.

Several people have called telling me that they have received a recorded telephone message from John McCain pleading for party loyalty in supporting him.

On what grounds do they demand or even request party loyalty?

There may have been a time prior to 2000 in which McCain was a quality individual. He was a prisoner of war and the stories credit him with enduring that ordeal heroically. It appears that he was a fairly good Senator during the Reagan years,. But that is ancient history

For the past seven years, Sen. McCain has thumbed his nose at party loyalty. He has done everything possible to undermine every Republican issue that came along. He has opposed President Bush on every issue, except the War of Terror. But even there he has his failures, like his opposition to closing the borders.

McCain is called a “Maverick”, not out of appreciation but as a symbol of disgust. He is a despicable, vindictive old man who is not worthy to be President of the United States.

He might be a marginally better option than Hillary or Obama, but I would not want to risk the future of the nation on the difference.

The Senator should have demonstrated some party loyalty himself. Then he might have some right to request our loyalty to the Republican Party!
