Nationalize 'Big Oil'?

As predicted; first the Senate and then the House of Representatives took turns trying to beat up on “Big Oil”. The goal was for Congress to shed the blame for their own failures, and to place that blame on the oil companies.

The oil executives finally stood their ground and put the major blame on Congress where it belongs.

Maxine Waters was so shocked that the oil companies were not rolling over, that she threatened to ”Socialize” them. She meant “Nationalize”.

Maxine, like so many Democrats, worships Hugo Chavez and would love to follow his example and steal from the oil companies. The difference being that Chavez wants their money, while Liberal Socialists like, Waters, just want to put them out of business!

It is ironic that Congress is taking action aimed at killing the use of ALL fossil fuels and they have absolutely no workable energy policy to replace it! It sounds like the real goal is to eradicate the United States.

If you wish to have a United States of America in 2012, you will vote these anti-American socialists out in 2008.

If you would prefer a United Socialists States of America in 2012 leave Congress as is and elect Obama President!
