A Real Doomsday Scenario

If Liberals get their way and the United States withdraws from Iraq, the question is not if, but when will OPEC oil supplies be cut-off from Europe and the U.S.A?

The goal of Islam is to destroy ALL western civilization. The loss of the OPEC oil will destroy the economies of the entire Western world and go along way toward that total destruction.

The European Union (EU) recognizes this situation, but they are not willing to protect the oil fields themselves because good old Uncle Sam is doing the job for them. What the EU fails to understand is that this Congress is stupid enough to cut-and-run with their tails tucked between their legs.

While the Congress tries to force the President to withdraw our troops from Iraq, they do nothing to prepare for the consequences of such action. Specifically, they repeatedly fail to enact a domestic energy policy. The failure to enact such a policy keeps us dependent on OPEC and plays directly into the hands of our terrorist enemies, not to mention the trade deficit.

Instead of leaving Iraq prematurely, what is needed is a permanent base of operations until such time as we are no longer in need of OPEC oil. With proper legislation, this could be accomplished in as little as three years. After that the EU can decide if their supply of OPEC oil is worth defending.
